Andrew Kiricoples: RHP/OF, (2028) Triton Regional, MA. 150-pound slim frame. Projectable during batting practice, Kiricoples recorded an exit velocity of 80 mph. Starts in a balanced wide stance with a controlled load, then uses a small stride. Had developing bat speed, flat loose swing plane and good extension on his finish. Found multiple barrels with loud contact. Line drive approach. Projectable on the mound, used a consistent loose arm action and a ¾ arm angle while showing developing arm speed. Feel type pitcher and showed effort. Showed consistent balance point and in line shoulders. Lands closed with an athletic finish. Sat with his fastball at 77-78 mph; had running sinking action and command arm side around the zone. Shows sweeping action and glove side around the zone control on his curveball (56-57).
4-foot-9, 82-pound right-handed hitting catcher/outfielder and pitcher. The approach in the outfield is online, threw 50 mph during the outfield work. Behind the plate, threw 54 mph down to second base. The bat has a tee exit velocity of 55 mph. The setup is even in base, small amount of bat wrap prior to the initiation of the swing. The front foot steps into the swing, as the hands work free and clean. On the mound, the fastball touched 53 mph. The delivery is online with the feet and the slot is above 3/4 in height. The direction to the plate is solid and the lift is repeated.
