2/26/20

5-foot-11, 150-pound right-handed pitcher. Showed extremely well for me as he continues to improve on the bump. The fastball sat 79-80 mph, with arm side action and sink to the pitch. The spin pitch is 69-70 and solid in shape. The changeup has fade and sink to it, sitting at 69-70 mph. The delivery is online with the feet and slot is above 3/4. The lift is athletic, solid in tempo and has a small coil at the top. The tracking comes offline a tick too soon as he needs to stay more direct with the front shoulder to foot strike. The arm works clean and quick. Good looking prospect on the bump at a young age.

5-foot-9, 145 pound right-handed pitcher works out of a fluid delivery.  The movements are short, controlled and keep him balanced throughout.  The arm-swing is quick and comes at hitters from a higher slot.  The fastball was eye-opening.  The pitch sat 78-79 mph with heavy sink.  He threw a breaking ball at 67-69 mph that showed the ability to be a good pitch.  He also showed the feel for a change-up at 71-73 mph.

I like the arm potential of this young right-hander.  The arm is quick and the fastball is already showing that it's going to be tough for hitters to square up.

10/05/19

5-foot-9, 145-pound right-handed pitcher. A 2023 graduate who's best years are ahead of him for sure. The arm is quick and clean in path. The feet are online and the slot is slightly above 3/4 in height. The lift is athletic and quick in tempo. He repeats the delivery. The tracking of the front shoulder can stay online longer as the glove has pull to it, taking him offline. The fastball sat 73-74 mph, arm side run to the pitch. The spin pitch is 67-69 mph, very good in shape. The changeup is 66-68 mph, showed fade and sink to it.

12/08/18

5-foot-7, 125-pound right-handed pitcher. A young arm with a ton of promise as the arm works free and clean. The fastball touched 67 mph, arm side run to the pitch. The spin pitch is correct in shape, sitting at 55 mph. The changeup is 62 mph, needs fade and sink as it matures. The delivery is online with the feet, the slot is above ¾ . The arm works very well and its clean. The delivery is good in tempo, lift is repeated. The tracking of the front shoulder is done well and he stays closed up top. The frame is currently slight, but being a 2023 graduate, he should fill out nicely. Good follow for college coaches based off how the arm works.
