The Brother Martin product entered the weekend hitting the 8 hole for the Crusaders, but left as the team's leadoff hitter for their last game against St. Louis Catholic. Wiltz went on a tear this weekend, as he finished the four game stretch going 9-12 (.750) with 2 2B, 5 RBI, and 4 R. We also saw draw a couple of BB's and lay down a nice drag bunt for a hit, showing the versatility that he can provide on offense. Wiltz also played solid defense at second base, showing good range coupled with soft hands and a clean glove to hand transfer.
