Physical and imposing 6'4" 230 lbs. frame. The uncommitted sophomore has had some buzz around him in the early going this spring, so we had to get an up close look. On the mound, he faced off against inferior competition, but still showed some promise. He worked primarily off his FB, which got up to 88 mph in the 1st, but settled at 81-84 by the 2nd. At the plate, he connected for a firm pull-side single, before blistering a triple to RCF.
