6'2" 175 lbs. long and lean frame. The uncommitted junior had a good night last Tuesday in our Game of the Week against John Curtis Christian. Hitting out of the five-hole for the Wolves, Leblanc put together a few QAB's that included a single up the middle in his first at-bat and a line out to the shortstop in his second at-bat. He also doubles as a mid-upper 80's arm on the mound as well.

Starts open in an upright stance and uses a simple load and stride Lands in a narrow base, works uphill to contact with extension to match and a one handed finish, stayed mostly up the middle and to the opposite field gap during BP 57.9 mph bat speed with 7 G�s of rotational acceleration. Power: 86 max exit velocity, averaged 80.7 mph. 306' max distance. Arm: RH. INF-79 mph. Short AA, low 3/4 release. Defense: Average hands and actions, looked more comfortable fielding with two hands, accurate throws across the diamond with average arm strength, did a good job on the bounder play. ATH: 7.38 runner in the 60.

Begins in an athletic stance with a controlled load, then uses a short quick stride. Has a short simple swing plane, developing bat speed and level finish. He created loud contact and found some barrels. Up the middle line drive approach. Solid confident while in the infield, made throws at velocities up to 80 mph; has sure consistent hands, in control feet, and a natural exchange. Fields the ball out front, movements laterally were athletic. Using a consistent arm action, showed decent accuracy to the bag from a high ¾ slot. Clocked a 60 time of 7.55 at the event. Solid on the mound, showed quick consistent arm speed, he had a high ¾ arm angle with a long quick arm action. Stretch only type pitcher and uses decent effort. Displays in line shoulders with an consistent balance point. Lands square with a falling off finish. Produced a fastball that came in at 76-79 mph; shows control up in the zone with sharp movement. (Max spin 2136; Avg 1885). Has sporadic glove side command and slurvey action on his 11/5 slider (70-71). (Max spin 2016; Avg 2016).
