6'4" 180 lbs. frame with plenty of room to continue to add strength. This was our first look this season at the former Future Gamer and he once again turned in another stellar outing for the Skippers against Archbishop Hannan. The Louisiana-Lafayette recruit came out firing on all cylinders, attacking hitters with a 87-91 mph FB with good downward tilt, some arm-side run, and he was able to locate his heater to both sides of the plate. His 74-76 mph CB continues to trend in the right direction, as he's throwing it harder, which has helped to firm up the shape, spin, and depth of the pitch. Additionally, Grab displayed good body language, worked with a good tempo/pace, and understands how to hold runners on, as he mixes up his looks/holds and displayed quick feet on pick-off attempts. He finished the night tossing a complete-game shutout, allowing only 4 H with 1 BB and 10 K's.

Uncommitted. The 6 foot 4, 175 pounder has a projectable frame and fast twitch from a balanced delivery that builds up gradual momentum. He’s efficient with his feet as he squares up in windup, putting him on line to the plate. His chest stays over the rubber in stride, allowing his funky 3/4 AA 2 stay connected to the back side downhill. It looks funky because of the slight stab at the bottom of the arm swing, but it doesn’t slow down momentum and maintains explosiveness. Grabs FB sat 84-85 T87 with late run, and showed consistent life throughout his outing. His 70-72 CB was sharp with tight shape and 2 plane depth, and he was able to throw it in any count. Aidan’s stuff should continue to tick up, and he makes for an interesting D1 prospect.

Projectable 6'4" 170 lbs. frame with long limbs and plenty of room to add strength; Grab is a guy that has continued to gain momentum, leading up to the season, after a nice summer and fall with the Knights Knation organization. Facing a tough Central BR lineup on opening night, Grab turned in a solid outing. Grab ran his fastball up to 84 mph, sitting mostly 81-83 mph. His CB was a bit slower at 63-65 mph and was more of a "get me over" pitch. He finished with 5 K's and 2 BB's, while giving up only 3 hits over 4 IP. Definitely an arm to follow moving forward in the 2024 class.
