5-foot-7, 140-pound slim frame. Clocked a time of 7.36 in the 60-yard dash. At the plate, Joiner had an exit velocity of 79 mph. Started in a wide stance with a small load, then used a short stride. Has a simple rotational swing plane and average bat speed. Line drive approach. Solid while in the infield, recorded position velocities up to 73 mph; has sure hands, consistent feet, and a packing exchange. Laterally, his movements were average. Showed consistent accuracy to the bag with a high ¾ slot and a compact arm action.
