6-foot-3, 195 pound RHP. Athletic frame with strength especially in lower half. Good physical projection. Works through a straight over the top arm slot. Continues to show velocity gains despite big head tilt in delivery. Has some tilt on fastball. Locates it well at bottom of zone. Downer curveball with short/late break. Has feel for changeup thrown with good arm speed. A high follow arm this spring.

6-foot-3, 189-pound RHP (2019, Highlands HS) showed an uptick in velocity at this year's Border Battle event. Athletic frame with projection. Cramer's fastball sat 83-86 topping at 87 once. He works through an over the top arm slot that produces some tilt on the pitch. He throws a downer curveball at 69-71 and showed good feel for it while also mixing in a 72-73 mph changeup with good arm action. Cramer struck out two in his two innings of work, one looking on a fastball, and one looking on a curveball.
