Centre College Commit, 5-foot-10, 180-pound proportional frame. Above average in the box, Wilson clocked an exit velocity of 89 mph. Began in a balanced stance with a quick load, then used a short stride. Bat speed was above average, used a simple swing plane and level finish. Found multiple barrels with loud contact . Aggressive approach. Solid in the outfield, his best throws to the infield topped out at 82 mph; had a quick exchange, sure hands, and choppy footwork. Movements laterally were average. Consistent accuracy to the bases, used a ¾ slot with a quick arm action. Recorded a 60 time of 7.05 at the event. Above average on the mound, showed good arm speed with a compact arm action and a ¾ arm angle. Tall-and-fall type pitcher and uses some effort. Showed strong balance point with in line shoulders. Displayed an athletic finish Slider (73-75 mph).Threw his fastball 79-81 mph. His 1/7 curveball shows low in the zone command. His changeup (73-75) had command low in the zone and running action.
