6/27/17 - Dix is a 5-foot-11 185-pound right handed hitting catcher in Kansas’ 2018 class. He ran a 7.58 laser timed 60 and a 4.50 home-to-first. Dix’s exit velocity was 79 mph while spraying line drives and fly balls during batting practice. At the plate, Dix showed a slight upper cut swing, balanced stance with a leg lift in load while making solid contact. Defensively, Dix’s pop times ranged between 2.13-2.22 seconds, mostly accurate throws, a positional velocity of 73 mph, directional footwork and a quick transfer.

7/19/16 - Dix is a 5-foot-10 180-pound right-handed hitting catcher in Kansas’ 2018 class.  Her ran a 7.44 60 and a 4.45 home-to-first.  He has an 83 mph exit velo. At the plate, gap-to-gap approach, middle of the field contact during batting practice, balanced stance, smooth rhythm, in-line stride, level path.  Behind the plate, pop times between 2.13 and 2.25-seconds, 77 mph positional velo, short high three quarters release, quick transfer with fluid footwork, mostly accurate throws.
