Milligans delivery has some effort, repeats, deceptive as he hides the ball behind his body until just before release and throws a high percentage of strikes. Milligan’s fastball was reported between 73-76 mph, changeup at 71 mph and curveball 64-69 mph with gradual 11-to-5 action. Milligan showed some pitchability in game action as he was able to effectively mix his fastball and curveball to keep hitters off balance.
