6/5/18 - Quinn is a strong 6-foot-1 190-pound left-handed hitting first baseman in Kansas’ 2020 class. He ran a 7.51 60 and a 4.90 home to first. He has an 89 mph exit velocity. At the plate, open stance with pre-swing rhythm in hands, lands in line with stride, quick bat speed, loose swing, level path, quick bat speed, feel for the barrel, middle to pull side line drives, occasional pull side power. On the infield, 84 mph positional velocity, over the top arm slot, gains ground with feet after the catch, accurate throws, clean exchange on time with footwork, athletic.
12/17/17 - Quinn is a 6-foot 190-pound left-handed hitting first baseman and right-handed pitcher in Kansas’ 2020 class. He ran a 4.51 home to first and has an 89 mph exit velocity. Open stance, controlled pre swing rhythm, in line stride, aggressive swing speed, strong lower half, power to pull gap, does not get cheated.
