1/15/18 - Webb is a well built 5-foot-10 165-pound right-handed hitting shortstop, right-handed pitcher and outfielder in Kansas’ 2021 class.  He ran a 4.81 home to first and has a 78 mph exit velocity.  At the plate, balanced set up, sinks into legs to load, simple in line stride, works through contact to extension, shows some range in swing, gap to gap contact, occasional pull side power.  On the infield, 75 mph positional velocity, short over the top arm slot, quick catch and throw, quick with feet to the ball, clean tenser, mostly accurate throws. In the outfield, In the outfield, 75 mph positional velocity, short high three quarters arm slot, works behind and through the catch, aggressive and quick to the ball, clean transfer, strong build. On the mound, Webb has an ohigh three quarters release, body says under control, bit of a stiff wrist, athletically built, in line stride, fastball at 73-75 mph, curveball has 11-to-5 shape, some with late break, change up at 62-65 mph, arm side release, throws with fastball arm speed.
