6/9/14 - Yanez is a 5-foot-10, 170-pound class of 2015 right-hand hitting outfielder from Labette County HS.  At the plate, Yanez has an athletic set-up with an open stance. He showed a smooth hand load and strides slightly open.  He has strength and generates bat speed as he worked mostly middle-oppo.  He recorded an 85 mph exit velocity, the second best mark in camp.  He showed quick hands and feet in the outfield and made clean exchanges.  His top outfield throw was clocked at 77 mph using clean, three-quarters arm action.  He ran a 4.70 home-to-1B from the right side and 7.25 60-yard dash.
