At the plate, starts with square base, loaded in back leg, rhythm in hands, simple and repeatable swing mechanics, gap to gap approach. In the outfield, 74 mph positional velo, high three quarters release, short crow hop before release, fluid transfer, catches ball out front in position ready to throw. On the mound, Sherman has a clean over the top arm slot, works straight up with leg lift, stay in line down the mound, repeats delivery, works downhill, finishes in position ready to field, fastball at 65-68 mph, breaking ball looks to be good pitch as he continues to throw, 12-to-6 shape, flashes sharp action, 56-57 mph, throws change up with fastball arm speed, 63-65 mph, occasional sinking action.
