Has a medium frame that is athletic, wiry and lean. Has good strength with rigid compact actions. Has a spread out, slightly open stance with weight inverted through from the in step of his front foot. He preloads his barrel back locked and loaded. Barrel worked well through his bat path. His back leg points out, bowed to back side. This hinders his ability to rotate properly with lower half. His upper half and hands work well, when both fire correctly he generates more lower half engagement to swing. David does, however, display solid bat speed and barrels balls hard and loud. Ran a 6.98 60-yard dash with solid running style. Showed good range and glove on defense. Accurate arm with long release. Athletic ability displayed well.
