7/27/15: Strong, athletic 5-foot-11, 180 pounder with plenty of arm strength.  Behind the dish was 2.00-2.06 with his pop times.  Showcased a strong accurate arm behind the plate at 82 mph.  Solid blocker and receiver.   In the OF and INF shows athletic actions with arm strength.  Was 85 from the OF and 86 in the INF.   Offensively, hits from an open setup, loads back.  Stride is short.  Bat speed is average.  Good approach.  Short, level path.  Showed the ability to drive the gaps.  Recorded a high exit velocity of 84 mph.  

10/18/14: 5-foot-10, 180 pound sophomore catcher possesses arm strength and overall good projectability.  Defensive actions are well above average for a 2017.  Possesses a solid build with flexibility behind the dish and the ability to block well.   Will continue to get better as he matures.  On throws down to 2B showcased quick feet with a strong, accurate arm at 78 mph.  Registered pop times between 2.04-2.11.  At the plate starts in an athletic, balanced setup.  Load is smooth and uses a short stride.  Approach is good.  Gets to extension producing line drives.  At times can get a little long.  Overall rhythm is fluid.  Registered an exit velo of 84 mph.
