2/17/18:  6-foot-1, 190 pound pitcher features a long arm swing into high 3/4 slot.  Tall to fall delivery.  Average use of lower half.  Fastball sat 79-80 with some arm side run.  Breaking ball is a potential plus out pitch, showing late depth in 11/5 shape.  Able to throw it for strikes.  Change-up is thrown with a stiff wrist, showing some arm side fade.  

 
10/15/17:  6-foot-1, 190 pound right-handed pitcher works with a smooth pace in a tall to fall delivery.  Good timing and rhythm down the hill.  Clean arm swing, average arm speed.  Lands slightly closed, finishes upright.  Fastball sat 76-78 with some sink.  Throws a heavy ball.  Breaking ball features some late depth at 71-73.  Used well for an out pitch.  Strike thrower with athletic frame.  Projects to throw harder with increased strength.

 
GAME NOTES 5/3/15:  Gall pitched 3 scoreless innings vs HSE.  Features a 3/4 arm slot with average arm speed.  Fastball sat 74-76, touched 77 with slight run.  Commands the knees and works ahead with it.  Breaking ball has 11/5 shape with early break at 62-65.  Threw it for a strike in different counts.  Front side opens early, creating some arm drag at times.  Good feel for his delivery.
