6/13/17: The 5-foot-9, 155 pound infielder has quick lateral movement with smooth hands up the middle.  Short arm action and quick release.  Throws topped at 80 across the infield.  Hands load back with short, heavy stride in the batters box.  Full rotation of lower half.  Line drive approach, stays in the middle of the field.  Above average bat speed.   Exit velocity topped at 73mph.

2/26/17:  The 5-foot-9, 145 pound right-handed hitter has a wide setup with a line drive approach.  Average bat speed with a level path and consistent hard contact.  Some stiffness in lower half, but does get partially through.  Top exit velocity of 72mph.  Garcia has soft hands with quick footwork up the middle.  Choppy steps, plays through the ball well.  Short, 3/4 arm action makes accurate throws topping at 75mph.  Ran a 7.71 60yd dash.

6/21/16: The 5 foot 9 145 pound infielder ran a 7.33 60yd dash.  Jacob hits from a balanced setup with a short stride.  Bat speed is average with a good line drive approach.  Bat path is level and direct.  Defensively, hands are above average with quick exchange.  Footwork is fluid.  Throws topped at 81 across the infield.
