6/25/15: The 5-foot-10 170 pound catcher has a quick arm and transfer.  Feet were average and has a tendency to pop up.  Pop times were 2.11-2.25.  Offensively, Jacob has a balanced setup and minimal load.  Stride is short and approach is good.  Bat path is level with average bat speed.  Exit velocity was 71mph.  Jacob ran a 7.9 60 yard dash.

2/22/15: 5-foot-10, 175 pound receiver showcased the ability to stick pitches well.  Balanced setup.  Quick transfer on his throws to 2B, short arm action.  Was 72 from the crouch, produced pop times of 2.18-2.30.  At the plate hits from a crouch setup, using a short stride.  Average use of the lower half with average balance.  Showcased average bat speed with a fair approach to the ball.  Slightly uphill path with some pull-side pop.  Recorded a high exit velo of 81 mph.  

9/21/14: A 5-foot-10, 175 pound catcher, Christie was 2.18-2.30 with his pop times and 69 mph from the crouch.  Possesses soft hands.  Needs to improve his overall athleticism, strength and agility.  Average defender.  At the plate hits from an athletic setup with a smooth load.  Stride is short with average bat speed.  Swing path is long.  Pull-side hitter.
