At the plate starts open with a stride towards the plate and uphill swing plane. Average to slightly above average bat speed that can produce line drives. Comfortable hands in the field. Good feet. Able to get to the hole at 3B and rotate body to make a clean, accurate throw to the bag.

Path is down to flat producing line drives with a max exit velo of 87. Defensively, Cory had good hands and feet with an average release and used multiple infield slots and arm action lengths depending on the play. Cory threw 82 mph across the diamond.
6/12/2018: 2020 MIF prospect hits from the right side tall slightly open setup in the box. Stride is short to contact point. Uses lower half well in swing. Bat speed was average and posted an exit velo of 82. Bat path was level and long through the zone. Showed ability to use whole field. In the field tended to field ball deep, exchange was clean, footwork was average. Arm strength across the diamond was average at 75.
