He starts in a tall, open stance and uses rhythm in his hands for timing. Has a strong swing and attacks the ball. Shows a line drive swing plane and gets off his back foot well to generate power. He was quick and efficient behind the plate, producing pop times of 1.96; he made strong throws to second and produced an efficient position velocity of 78 mph. He showed next level catching ability. Has quick hands and a smooth transfer; feet were very consistent. Has a short arm action and makes accurate throws. He clocked a 60 time of 7.46 at the event. On the mound, his fastball was consistently 79-80 mph and topped out at 81 mph. He showed the ability to locate his curveball for a strike at 68-70 mph.

With looser hands throughout the zone can see a bigger jump with the bat. Bat path was uphill throughout the zone. Line drive ability to the gaps. Strong frame producing exit velo of 92. Behind the dish showed wide setup, quick exchange on pops that were 2.0-2.07. On the mound showed good upside, pitches from high ¾ arm slot. Arm action is long and loose. Easy effort throughout delivery with good tempo. Ball jumps out of the hand. FB sat 81-82 with more in the tank. Flashed sharp late action CB at 66-69 that showed to be an out pitch for age. Commanded CH 70-72 for strikes.
