2/22/15: 6-foot-4, 215 pound righty, projectable pitchers frame.  Long arm action, ¾ slot with above average arm speed.  Fastball was consistently in the zone at 85-86, up to 87.  Breaking ball shows a 10/4 shape with late action at 78-80.  Changeup was 77-79.  Keeps improving each time we see him with the off-speed continuing to improve. 

12/7/14: 6-foot-5, 205 pound righty with strong, projectable pitchers frame.  Long, ¾ slot with good arm speed.  Easy effort throughout the delivery.  Good line to the plate, athletic finish.  Fastball is straight and kept down in the zone at 86-88.  10/4 breaking ball sat 72-73, flashed a couple of good ones but inconsistent.  Changeup sat at 80 mph with some sink.  Plenty of room to grow.   

2/22/14: Fastball velo increased from his previous event in December.  Showcased a 78-80 mph fastball topping out at 82.  Breaking ball was 63-67 with a 10/4 shape.  Slows his arm down on the changeup.  From 3B was  77 mph and also increased his 60 time to a 7.21.

12/15/13: 6-foot-4, 195 pound sophomore was 73 mph across the infield.  Possesses a tall, lanky frame.  At 1B showcased quick feet and average glove.  At 3B displayed the ability to throw from multiple arm angles, but lacks premium foot speed and arm strength.  Overall defensive actions are average, projects more as a 1B.  At the plate starts tall and slightly open.  Load is smooth with a short path to the baseball.  Swing plane is level and displayed good balance throughout his swing.  Posted an exit velo of 88 mph.  Runs a 7.44 60.

Pitching: 6-foot-4, 195 pound sophomore possesses a projectable frame with a quick arm.  Throws from a ¾ slot with easy effort.  Fastball was 77-79 with run.  Breaking ball shows good downward action at 66-67 mph.  Lacks feel with the changeup which sat 62-63.  Highly projectable 2016 RHP.
