7/10/18 - University of Iowa commit. 6-foot-2, 200-pound, left-handed hitting catcher, well-proportioned, athletic frame. Offensively, relaxed, even setup, slight back/drop load, short leg kick trigger, excellent balance throughout. Strength in swing, uphill path, keeps it short to the ball, hard contact, rhythmic actions, can create lift to the pull gap, exit velocity topped 89 mph from a tee. Behind the plate, pop times ranged from 2.00-2.07. Soft hands, receives in rhythm, transfers are quick and clean, short, over the top slot, throws topped 79 mph from the crouch. 7.47 runner in the 60.
2.11.18 - Iowa commit. 6-foot-2, 200-pound left-handed hitting catcher, large build, strong and athletic. Hits from a balanced setup, short leg lift stride. Loose hands create bat speed, hard contact, bat strength with slight uphill path, pull side power approach. 86 mph exit velocity from the tee. Defensively arm action is short and over the top, 78 mph out of the crouch. Clean exchange, solid block, 2.02-2.08 pop times. 7.50 runner in the 60.
5.15.17 - Currently ranked No. 8 in the Illinois Class of 2019. 6-foot-2, 190-pound left-handed hitting C/OF with present strength in upper half. Frame projects to continue to add strength as he matures. Played outfield in the game but projects to catch at the next level. Offensively hits from a balanced, slightly open setup with a high back elbow. Short path to the ball, slightly uphill. Early rhythm with some rigidity, looks to ambush fastballs. Shows knowledge of the strike zone. Went 1-3 in the game with a double, a walk, and two runs scored. 

1.15.17 - 6-foot-2, 185-pound left-handed hitting catcher with a strong, athletic frame. Offensively hits from a balanced setup with a smooth load, short stride, and good balance. Showed explosiveness in the lower half. Gap to gap hitter with fluid rhythm and a fast bat. Showed strength thru contact with 86 mph exit velocity from a tee. Ran the 60 at 7.43. Defensively has a short arm action from an over the top arm slot. Fluid footwork with soft hands. Popped 1.96-2.12 and threw 77 mph from the crouch. Showed flexibility in the lower half receiving.

10.23.16 - 6-foot-2, 185-pound left-handed hitting catcher, athletic projectable build. Defensively arm action is short and over the top, carried to target, 76 mph. Athletic receiver, moves well, agile, gets out of the crouch quickly, showed soft hands. Pop times ranged 2.11-2.25. Offensively hits from a tall setup, short lifted stride. Quiet easy approach, hands stay back, showed bat strength and made loud contact. Path is slightly uphill, favoring pull side, fast bat. 88 mph exit velocity from the tee. Ran a 7.50 60 yard dash. High follow 2019 prospect.

5.11.16 - 6-foot-2, 185-pound left-handed hitting catcher with a lanky frame. Showed ability to handle the pitching staff, good flexibility in the lower half when receiving. Throws showed carry between innings, popping 2.25-2.27. At the plate hits from a balanced setup with a low hand set and a short swing path.
