4.4.15 - 6-foot-4, 195-pound lanky right-handed hitting C/1B impressed with bat speed and power potential with a plus frame. Hits from a narrow, open setup, high back elbow, hands load back smoothly, long, fluid, level bat path. Homered deep to right center in game two, also doubled deep to left in game one. Lower arm slot for a catcher, with some tail on throws to second, but accurate, 2.01-2.10 in between innings, one stealing attempt was thrown into centerfield.

6/19/14 - 6-foot-4, 180-pound lanky catcher impressed at the plate with projectable frame. Hits from an open, crouched setup, with a short stride and short, fluid bat path getting good extension producing 83 mph exit velocity. Defensively, impressed with short, loose, over the top arm action with accuracy throwing 75 mph from the crouch and reeling off pop times between 2.01-2.10. At times does not square shoulders towards the target, opening up early and dropping arm angle to second base a bit. Shows soft hands receiving, and provides a nice large target to throw to. Ran a 7.33 60.

6/4/14 - Ranked No. 89 in Illinois’ 2015 class.  6-foot-4, 180-pound skinny frame with long arms and legs.  Hits from wide open stance, in deep crouch.  Walked, bunted, and grounded out to short in three at bats.  Throws had good carry with good feel from low ¾ slinging arm action.  Quick hands on transfer, 2.08-2.19 between innings pop time.

7.17.13 - Athletic 6-foot-4, 180-pound catcher. Projects power at the plate. Hits from balanced setup, slight crouch, fast hands, advanced bat path, barrel whips through the zone, ball jumps with backspin carry. One of the top overall hitters at Class of 2015 Showcase. May develop more power in future as he fills into frame. For size, shows athletic feet, works well directionally. Clocked at 76 mph from crouch, throws have carry, top pop time of 2.04. Ran a 7.25 60.
