Was the spark plug for the Sages’ offense, blasting a two-run home run in his first at-bat of the game; finished the game 2-for-4 with a home run, double, three RBIs and two runs scored. A left-handed hitter, Williams has a quality look in the box; fluid load that stays tall through contact, slightly uphill bat path. Showed quality speed rounding the bases on his double, and showed clean/fluid defensive actions up the middle. A name-to-follow throughout the rest of his prep career.
