Short, quick swing, stays within himself and uses the whole field. Got things going for Coal City in the first inning with a backside double to deep left-center field, 4.76 on the turn. Easy, athletic actions in the outfield. Should be able to stick in center field.

Path is level, line drive contact to pull side approach. 85 mph exit velocity from the tee. Defensively arm plays long and loose, over the top slot, runs to arm side, 83 mph from the outfield. 7.31 runner in the 60. Tall and fall delivery on the mound, smooth rhythm, squared landing. Arm is loose from high ¾ slot. Fastball showed feel for the zone, slight angle, 80-82 mph, touched 83 mph. Curveball plays 1/7, 65-67 mph, flashed sharp action at times. Changeup fades to arm side, near-fastball arm speed, 67-70 mph.
