Mulheron, standing at a proportionally athletic 5-foot-6, 145-pound frame, impressed during his complete game shutout in Illinois Premier’s 6-0 win Friday night. The right handed sidearmer filled up the strike zone, creating weak contact and uncomfortable at-bats throughout the outing. Utilizing a sinker, cutter combination and a pitch to contact mentality, he limited his pitch total and forced an obscene amount of ground ball outs. Mechanically, showed a slow and deliberate back leg sink, upright finish, and winding arm swing, while pitching from the extreme first base side of the rubber. The sinker with armside run sat from 73-75 mph, topping at 77; backed by the solemnly used cutter sitting from 71-72 mph.
