A good frame with room to add strength. Over the top arm action. He was aggressive in the zone and looked to get ahead of hitters. Smith’s fastball sat 83-85 and topped 87mph. He also showed good feel for a sharp 11/5 67-68mph curveball. Uncommitted.

Fastball was 82-84 mph with varying action from high ¾ slot. Sound breaking ball for strikes with 12/6 shape. Shows feel for changeup with fade in bottom of zone.
