Lipscomb commit. 6-foot, 160-pound right-handed hitting shortstop, lean, athletically built frame, wiry strength. Simple, relaxed setup at the plate, balanced, low hands smoothly load back, short stride, great balance throughout. Takes a middle approach, drives the ball gap-to-gap, somewhat uphill swing path. Showed the ability to make consistent hard contact.

6-foot-0, 155-pound, RHP showed intriguing 2-way potential w/ super quick arm.  Medium, athletic frame w/ well-proportioned lean strength, projectable.  Pitches from a full wind-up into a ¾ release point from the middle to first base side of the rubber.  Quick arm w/ short hip turn to create deception.  Occasionally throws across his body.  Rotational throw, hips don’t quite get all the way back around, costing him a couple ticks of velocity.  Angle.  FB shows occasional short arm-side run.  CB is a slurve w/ typical ¾ breaking ball movement.  Blends with the SL, which showed similar break, but a little firmer.  CH w/ occasional cut.  Around the zone, projects to command his 4-pitch mix.

6/27/18 - 60 Time: 7.21, Position Velocity:  IF-82, Exit Velocity: 86

6-foot-0, 155-pound, RHH showed intriguing all-around profile.  Medium, athletic frame w/ well-proportioned lean strength, projectable.  Offensively, hits w/ a straight on, very slightly crouched stance w/ short hand rhythm into short shift of weight, stride and load.  Generates above average bat speed through the zone.  All fields approach w/ lot of line drives.  Quiet, repeatable swing.  Projectable pull power.  Defensively, plays through the ball well w/ solid feet, soft hands and carry through target arm strength.
