Uncommitted. Jimerson had a big night with a solo shot, and a ball down the line in the bottom of the 7th inning. He has been a steady performer over the last few months, and was able to show the power off with a long ball to the deepest part of the field. At the plate he always seems to be on time. He has a simple load with quiet hands that are on a direct path through the zone, and through contact. He hunts the fastball, and knows if one stays up and slightly in he can get the hands extended to unlock his power to the pull side. He has the ability to stay on the corners of the infield at the next level with the chance to produce some serious power numbers with added strength and size.
