Delivery: Tall and fall delivery, stretch-only, methodical to balance point, strong front-side, works on-line, lands square, finishes upright with some crossing over.
Arm Action: RH. Short, clean arm action, over-the-top slot, gets downhill on everything.
FB: T76.2, 69.4-74.8 mph. Heavy tilt, gets downhill into the zone. T2005, 1743 average rpm.
CB: 62.1-64.5 mph. 12/6 shape, some depth, tendency to bury at the plate. T2035, 1929 average rpm.

Hit: RHH. Wide setup, keeps it simple, hands start back with good rhythm, cocks barrel vertical on load, short stride, great balance. Long barrel path to the zone, level and on plane through the zone, short follow through stopping momentum early, line drive hitter, middle approach.
Power: 80 max exit velocity, averaged 73.7 mph. 260’ max distance.
Arm: RH. INF - 78.00 mph. Short arm action to an over-the-top slot, throws have true back spin, accurate.
Defense: Plays through, clean footwork, fields with chest over the ball and out front, long exchanges as he packs, short, quick shuffle into throws.
Run: 7.84 runner in the 60.

Showed an impressive feel for the barrel as he backspun baseballs all over the diamond. The 5 foot 11, 170 pounder has a medium/large frame with plenty of room to add strength. He sets up with a wide hitting base and controls his body very well from start to finish. It allows his head to stay still and repeat the swing consistently. He has good separation timing and a short, knob led swing path. Carr does a great job of keeping his top hand palm up through contact, without a single rollover in the event. He showed well in the IF with smooth actions and was 78 mph across the diamond.
