8/2016 - Long limbs. Uphill swing. Strong. Above average power. Hit several home runs in BP. Tends to pull off. Hit two home runs on final day of East Coast Pro.
8/13/19: Boasting big tools with big power, an above average arm and surprising speed underway for his size, Radcliff wears the uniform well at an imposing 6-foot-4, 230 pounds. The left-handed hitter is a physical presence in the batter’s box where he slowly seems to be figuring things out, especially against right-handed pitching. Coming off a 12 home run year for the Yellow Jackets this past spring, Radcliff hits them high and far. He put his 70-grade raw power to use by belting six home runs in 93 at-bats this summer. He showed hard contact to all fields, really concentrating on staying behind the ball and using the middle of the field. His best at-bat was a long home run to center field as he tanked a 79 mph hanging slider over the fence. His plus-plus raw power is generated with bat strength rather than bat speed and with this power comes plenty of swing/miss (37 in 117 plate appearances). Overall, Radcliff profiles well to right field at the next level. His power is real and with continued adjustments and improvements to his production, he could elevate into mid-Day Two consideration this June. (Seifert)
