01/27/18- Uncommitted. Lean build that has yet to reach physical peak - lots of projection remaining. Showed bat-to-ball skills and had an approach at the plate. Stays balanced and sees ball well. Scrappy player that will benefit from added physical maturity. 86 mph exit velocity ranked well in comparison to some of the high-profile underclassmen.

01/08/17- Stands at 5-foot-11, 145 pounds with a projectable, athletic build. At the plate he has a slightly open stance, stays balanced in the box. Has good timing and rhythm as he has a step for his load and quick hands through the zone. Consistently made contact and showed the ability to use all of the plate during batting practice which resulted in multiple line drives. As he continues to add strength to his frame, he will be able to show gap to gap power. Behind the plate he receives well and has some solid footwork. Throws were to to the bag, but more accuracy could come from a more consistent release point.
