10/23/16- Cogswell showed one of the cleaner arm actions for a 2019. The fastball sat 84-86 mph from a high-3/4 slot and he mixed in a 72 mph slider. He is a shorter, stockier arms, but the velocity should jump and could be a very interesting college arm in the future.
