1/27/18- Uncommitted. Currently stands 5-foot-11, 190 pounds with a strong, athletic build. Defensively behind the plate he showed the ability to block the ball well in the dirt. During the simulated game, he threw out a base runner at second. Strong arm with carry and accuracy on his throws that topped out at 78 mph. Offensively he showed a short, compact swing that gets to the ball quickly with some pull-side power. Feel for the barrel. Registered an exit velocity of 95 mph in the cage. He recorded a 60-yard dash time of 7.45 seconds.

12/16/17- He may not have one flashy tool, but each time out he proves to be a very solid allround player. Behind the plate the hands work, with flexibility and strength in his lower half, showing the potential to be an above average defender. Offensively, he consistently shows the ability to find the barrel and shows above average bat speed.

09/30/17- 5-foot-11, 190 pound catcher has a square shouldered, stocky frame. Defensively, there is some stiffness and sits somewhat upright. His hands works and has a quick transfer and a strong arm, topping out at 78 mph from behind the plate with 2.0-2.1 pop times that will improve with added flexibility. Offensively, the right handed hitter has present strength and although he took a solid batting practice, he stood out offensively in the game. He consistently found the barrel, turning it well, staying in the zone and had a single and two hard hit outs. The bat should play and as he adds flexibility, he has defensive upside behind the plate.

8/13/16- 5-foot-9, 160 pounds with strong forearms and wrists. Slightly open stance in the box and showed quick, loose hands with good hand eye. Took solid rounds of batting practice and displayed some gap to-gap potential. Ball jumps off the bat.

8/5/15- 5-foot-9, 145 pound catcher/outfielder with a lean loose projectable young body on a smaller frame. Two handed catcher with short ¾ arm. Good arm strength for his age. Steps behind front foot and shuffles feet heel to heel. Erect stance at the plate with loose hands and good rhythm. Good line drive approach with short compact quick stroke. Contact type hitter. Good hand eye. Gap power. Short ¾ arm behind the plate. 4.8 to 1B. 2.1 pop time with a catchers velocity of 68 mph. 75 mph exit bat speed velocity.
