6/22/16- The 6-foot-4 180-pounder has a tall, lean frame with plenty of room to fill out. At the plate, Lovelace creates leverage in his swing, loaded on time and in rhythm and with a level swing worked line drives to the middle of the field. Lovelace was athletic in the outfield, topping out at 81 mph and was also 79-82 mph with a loose arm from a 3/4 slot on the mound.
1/10/15 FTB Tryouts - tall,loose, lean and projectable body with a strong muscular lower half. Loose bat with quickness in his hands and a good path. Has good rhythm, and separation. Stays inside ball. Hits line drives to all fields. Power will come with added strength.
