10/01/21

Beginning his collegiate career at Miami (Fla.), Hall is an super athletic, tooled-up, physical specimen. Standing 6-foot-2, 200 pounds he has all five tools. He's a power runner with good acceleration and runs the sixty in the low 6.6s. He will also show an above average arm with solid carry from the outfield. He moves easy to the ball while showing sure hands and confidence in his defensive actions.. However, his tools haven't fully developed in the batter's box. His swing can get out of sync with his upper body getting ahead of his lower half, causing him to pull off the ball. Last season at Wabash Valley he batted .348 with 35 strikeouts vs 20 walks in 155 at-bats. This summer in the MLB Draft League, Hall put together a five hit game (video below). Based on tools alone, Hall is easily a top five round prospect, but will need to consistently produce at the plate this spring.

9/21/20

A potential 5-tool prospect, Hall is a well-known talent on the scouting circuit, coming to Wabash at winter break last season from the U Miami. He’s a power runner with good acceleration and cruised his way to a 6.63 sixty. He then showed an above average arm with solid carry from the outfield, moving easy to the ball while showing sure hands and confidence in his defensive actions. With a quiet approach and repeatable swing he showed both good bat speed and bat strength at the plate. His swing can get out of sync with his upper body getting ahead of his lower half...a bit shouldery...causing him to pull off the ball, but he has good balance and the strength to make up for some imperfections. Based on tools alone, Hall is easily a top five round prospect.

10/12/18 - Miami commit. 6-foot-1, 180-pound right-handed outfielder, lanky athlete. Hall has a ton of tools and all around upside. Has easy and athletic, rangy actions with a 60 arm in the outfield. Offensively, there is above average bat speed and strength. There is present power and an extremely high offensively ceiling. Ran a 6.85 60 and overall a very good athlete.

05/20/18- Florida recruit, the 6-foot-2, 190 pound OF/RHP has an extremely well put together, lean and athletic frame. Shows a quick arm on the mound, working 87-89 mph and showed a 73-75 mph changeup and a 73-75 mph curveball. He struck out one in his one inning of work. Defensively, he moves well and showed a well above average arm, throws were on line and had carry. Covers a lot of ground, running a 6.54 60 yard dash. There is a ton of athleticism, this shows offensively, The swing has some steepness, but he has a lot of present bat to ball skills and generates above average bat speed and power potential. Present tools and athleticism with an extremely high ceiling.

2/17/18- Florida recruit. Despite struggling with command, it is worth mentioning the potential you see in Hall. He is very athletic and the arm is extremely quick. The fastball ranged from 85-89 mph and showed a slider with potential at 77-79 mph. Going 1-2 with a home run and a stolen base he looks extremely comfortable offensively. He has above average bat speed with quick hands and a compact swing. Will continue to be a very high follow and potential 2019 draft.

2/4/17- Committed to the University of Florida.

10/23/16- Hall showed a athletic and quick arm with a fastball ranging from 86-88 mph, but he will need to improve on the 67 mph curveball.
