Began in a quiet stance with a smooth load, then used a short stride. Had a loose swing plane, efficient bat speed and good extension on his finish. He found a few barrels with some loud contact. Gap to gap approach. Capable from the outfield, he displayed a position velocity of 67 mph; had a clean fluid exchange, consistent footwork, and soft sure hands. Movements laterally were quick and he fields the ball out front. Consistent accuracy to the bag, used a short quick arm action with athletic slot. Recorded a time of 7.94 in the 60-yard dash. Smooth on the mound, showed lightning arm speed with a quick arm action and an over-the-top arm angle. Stretch only type pitcher who shows some effort. He has in line shoulders and a strong balance point. Lands square with an athletic recoil finish. (Max spin 2159; Avg 1918).
