6-foot, 170-pound long, lean with plenty of room for added weight gains. Above average during batting practice, Oneil recorded an exit velocity of 89 mph. Began in a wide athletic stance with a controlled smooth load, then used a long stride. Bat speed was electric, had an upward loose swing plane and high finish. In the round he found multiple barrels with tons of loud contact. Gap to gap approach. Above average while in the infield, registered his best throw across the diamond at 81 mph; shows next level hands, a twitchy exchange, and fluid feet. Fielded the ball out front with athletic movement laterally. Showed a loose arm action and a ¾ slot with consistent accuracy to the base. Big time projection on this one.
