The swing is level through the zone hands are inside the baseball, creating a solid line drive approach. Spraying the baseball to all field, took an impressive round of batting practice, had an exit velocity of 80 mph and ran a 7.50 sixty-yard dash. Defensively, threw 74 mph, showed good smooth actions at third base, moving well to glove side. The transfer is quick, feet and hands work well together. Off the mound, simple, athletic lift, working from set position, builds momentum down the mound. The arm action is clean from a 3/4 slot. The fastball reached 82 mph, natural arm side bore action. Lived in the bottom part of the zone, creating a good amount of ground balls. Mixed in a harder breaking ball at 72 mph, more of a slurve, has depth and tilt to it. The feet are active, move with minimal effort, glove is soft out front, starts and turns were performed correct, moving well to glove side. Off the mound, working from the set position, arm works from a 3/4 slot, longer path on the backside. The fastball touched 80 mph. The breaking ball had tighter spin, with correct shape, clocked at 62 mph, with the slider thrown with a bit more velocity at 63 mph. The front side glove could track longer to the plate, helping to get out front a tick more. Like the arm strength across the diamond.
