5-foot-11, 160-pound, athletic frame, the back is wide, shoulders are squared off and broad, has room for added weight and strength. A right-handed hitting two-way player, showed well at everything he did at the workout. The body is under control, works with easy effort. At the plate, feet are even, slightly wider than shoulder width, hands are held at the shoulders with tilt to them. The hands are back on foot strike, swing path is level through the zone, creating backspin. Showing good bat speed, tee exit velocity was clocked at 81 mph and ran a 4.18. Took a solid round of batting practice. From the outfield, the arm is advanced and live, clocked at 85 mph, longer arm path, working out of a higher slot. The transfer is clean, steps through gaining ground with a higher crow hop. All throws were on a line-downhill flight. Off the mound, balanced delivery, easy lift, stays on the backside, pounded the zone with three pitches. The fastball touched 82 mph, heavy ball, comes out of his hand well. The changeup was the better of the two secondary offerings, clocked at 71-72 mph, with arm side fade. The slider showed late break clocked at 70 mph, more slurvey. Potential to be a two-way guy for some time, is super athletic and strong, look for him to climb at some point.

5-foot-11, 160-pound athletic frame. Ran a solid 6.91 60. Hits from the right side starting in a square athletic stance. Small stride forward, lands slightly closed, and hands make quick direct load back to an arm bar. Level path with line drive tendency to the swing. Used the whole field well, hitting it where it was pitched. Exit velocity was 81 mph. Defensively, displayed solid glove presentation out front, head down to catch, and a clean exchange. Full arm circle throwing from an over-the-top arm slot with plenty of arm speed and strength. Posted a 85 mph outfield velocity. On the mound showed a slower paced delivery, rocker step to balance, higher leg lift, and had some variance in his timing moving down the mound. Hips and shoulders were elevated, landed closed at foot strike, and finished towards the plate. Arm action was long and threw from a high three-quarter arm slot. Fastball sat 80-82 and consistently worked to the arm side. Breaking ball had the makings of a very nice secondary pitch with hard 12/6 break as 66-69 mph. Changeup worked arm side as well with solid arm speed and intent at 72-73 mph.
