5-foot-9, 185-pound, strong, thick, durable catchers frame. Shows to have strength throughout, hands and wrists work properly. A right-handed hitting catcher, showed solid catch and throw skills, setup is wide balanced throughout. The hands are strong, sticks the pitch, keeps the baseball in the strike zone, doesn't lose many pitches. The footwork is accurate and has little wasted movement, gains ground with them, gets closed up and throws are on a line with enough carry to them. The arm action is short, throws a from ¾ to high ¾ slot, clocked at 74 mph. At the plate, has a simple setup, feet are inline and hands are set at just below shoulder height. For timing uses a small leg kick, hands and weight stay back, the swing is down to level and finishes with one hand. The approach is more line drive back up the middle, tee exit velocity was clocked at 77 mph. The swing gets a bit rotational could stay through it a tick longer.
