The exit velocity is advanced at 96 mph, approach is above average, gets the barrel to the baseball. Defensively, quick are feet for his size, moves well around the bag, with a softer glove on the catch. Arm action is clean, works from a higher slot, arm clocked at 74 mph. Look for him to hit at the next level.

(18.0 mph hand speed average). Started in a wide athletic stance with a tight compact load, then used a short stride. Bat speed is electric raw, shows a short upward swing plane and good extension on his finish. Found multiple barrels with tons of loud contact. Gap to gap aggressive approach. Above average in the infield, his position velocity was registered at 69 mph; has soft hands, athletic quick feet, and a twitchy clean exchange. Fields the ball out front, movements laterally were athletic. Used a ¾ slot and a short compact arm action while showing consistent accuracy to the bag.

He starts in a balanced, athletic stance with a rhythmic load. A controlled stride triggers a simple, flat swing that was highlighted by a lot of loud contact and his quick bat. In the infield, Frangiullo was up to 70 mph while showing sure hands, a clean exchange, and consistent, smooth feet. He fields with his glove out front and uses a long, high ¾ arm slot.

The swing is triggered with backside drive, path is down to level to up, hands staying inside the baseball, middle to opposite field approach. The tee exit velocity was clocked at 74 mph, hard contact in batting practice. Ran a 4.72 from home to 1st. Defensively, showed clean actions at third base, moves well to both sides, staying low to the ground. The arm action works with minimal effort, baseball comes out of a 3/4 slot. The arm was clocked at 62 mph, will need to add arm strength. Look for the bat to play at a high level, good looking prospect in the class of 2024.
