A simple calculation that divides the athlete’s Exit Velocity Max by the athlete’s 60 Yard Dash time for the given event year. For example, 98 MPH / 7.00s = 14.00.
Future Games 5-foot-11, 172-pound, longer, lean athletic frame, rounded shoulders, already filling out. A right-handed hitter, taller stance, higher hands with some pre-pitch movement to them. The lower half is under control, gains a good amount of distance with stride foot. The path is level, finishing higher with one hand. The approach is from field to field, looks to be a doubles guy at the next level. The tee exit velocity was clocked at 91 mph, and is an average runner at 7.06 sixty-yard dash. Collected 2 base hits and created traffic on the bases with a walk and HBP. Defensively, threw 79 mph, arm action clean working from a higher slot. Showed solid routes and performed fine in outfield. Solid follow, projects to be more of a left-fielder, has athletic ability.

5-foot-11, 165-pound, strong, super athletic frame. A well proportioned athlete, speed, quickness and overall athleticism are his top tools. A right-handed hitter, worked out at third base and the outfield, projects more as an outfielder long term. At the plate, stance is balanced, feet are shorter than shoulder width, front foot slightly open, a taller stance. For timing uses a controlled longer stride, gets weight transferred from back side to the front, lower half produces juice to the swing. The hands are loose, work freely through the zone, the swing is flat with bat speed through the zone, the tee exit velocity was clocked 86 mph with more in there. The approach is from gap to gap, shows to good pop to the pull side. The time down the line was 4.38, long, stride, runs above average. Defensively, the arm strength is above average, clocked at 79 mph from the outfield. The arm works from a higher ¾ slot, is super clean on the back side. The footwork is accurate, steps through and gains ground. Showed good routes and angles tracking the baseball in outfield. At third base, arm was clocked at 76 mph, shortens the path and gets rid of the baseball quickly. The hands are soft out front on the catch and moved well to glove side and made the pro move look easy. Big time athlete, huge follow.
5-foot-11, 165-pound, average athletic frame, shoulders are rounded, has plenty of room to fill out, has above average athletic actions and strength for his age. A right-handed hitter, stance and approach is simple. The feet are shoulder width apart, stands tall in the box, hands are loose and start in a good loaded position. The hands have separation from the body, lower half is under control, stride is straight. The swing is clean and on time, has a down to level to up path to it. The approach is from gap to gap, should develop above average power over time, tee exit velocity is advanced for his age at 84 mph, ran extremely well, the 30 yard-dash clocked at 3.88. Defensively, plays all over the field, had a pop time of 2.19-2.37, throws from a higher slot, arm clocked at 73 from the crouch. From the outfield, arm was clocked at 79 mph, steps through hard, gains ground, throws are downhill and on target. In infield, has smooth, clean hands, gains ground with footwork, stands up quick could stay lower longer. The arm was clocked at 75 mph across the diamond, showed to have plenty of life and carry. Big follow for me, mechanically sound and has good athletic ability.
