6-foot, 170-pound,a huge surprise at the future games. The frame is wiry strong, extremely athletic, has plenty of room to fill out. A right-handed hitting catcher, the catching skills are advanced. His feet and arm are his best tools. The feet are extremely quick and footwork and hands work well together. The arm action is short, clean and extremely quick. The arm was clocked at 80 mph and pop times were 1.87-2.01. At the plate, the stance is simple and balanced throughout the swing. The hands are loose, has a small bar out, easy fix with reps. Ran a 7.24 60 yard, was 4.50 on a ground ball in game and was 4.90 on turn on a double. On the weekend, collected a single and double in 9 at bats, made solid contact. High level catch and throw guy.
