Defense:  (IF) Sure hands, consistent footwork, clean exchange. Solid.  Movements laterally were athletic and he fields the ball out front. 

Arm: 72 mph infield velocity. 

Speed: 7.50 (60-yard).

6-foot-3, 180-pound lean athletic frame. Above average at the plate, Cascio recorded an exit velocity of 90 mph. Began in an open tall stance with a smooth controlled load, then used a short stride. Has electric bat speed, short level swing plane and high finish. Was able to create tons of loud contact and found multiple barrels.Gap to gap approach. Above average while in the infield, registered his best throw across the diamond at 74 mph; shows a twitchy exchange, quick fluid feet, and soft hands.Laterally, movements were athletic and fielded the ball to the side. Consistent accuracy to the bag, used a ¾ slot and a short arm action.Recorded a time of 7.59 in the 60-yard dash.

6-foot-2, 175-pound left-handed hitting first baseman. I thought he had a super workout for us. He ran a 7.53 sixty at the event. He displayed active feet and a solid glove at first base. He is athletic enough to show good range around the bag as well. He threw 77 mph across the infield to third base at the workout. The bat has an exit velocity of 96 mph. The setup is wide in base and the front foot is open to start. The front foot closes down and gains ground to the baseball as the swing is produced. The path is long and flat to contact. He produces some serious hand speed with the bat. He swung the bat well in batting practice and even better in game

5-foot-7, 118-pound, thin, long arms athletic frame. The neck is long, shoulders are sloped, has plenty of room to fill out and add weight. A right-handed pitcher, has a clean repeatable delivery, leg raise is athletic and flexible, gets to a good gather, hands start and stay low. The direction is inline, arm works out of a ¾ to high ¾ slot, it’s super clean and whippy. The fastball was clocked at 61-64 mph, showed sink to the arm side. The changeup has above average fade and action to it, clocked at 57-58 mph. Potential for the velocity to climb and be above average as he gets older. At the plate, hits from the left side, set up is balanced, feet are even slightly wider than shoulder width. The hands are loose, clean setup, bat starts in a good relaxed angle. The lower half is under control, picks foot up and places it back down for his stride. The swing is short to the baseball, keeps the hands inside the baseball, sprays it to all fields. The tee exit velocity was clocked at 71 mph and ran 4.4 30 yard-dash. Defensively, good prep steps gets around the baseball and keeps momentum moving towards the target. The hands are soft, gets out front, arm works out of a natural ¾ slot, clocked at 66 mph. Big time follow for me.
