6-foot, 176-pound, average athletic frame, well proportioned throughout, shoulders are sloped, still has room to fill out and put weight on. A right-handed pitcher, has a simple delivery, hands start and they stay at chest high, leg raise and upper half have coil to them, closes down the front side. The arm action has a down to top path, average arm length on the back side, works out of a higher slot. The backside leg has some collapse to it, lead arm has tuck and pull to it. The fastball was clocked at 72-75 mph, with heavy sink, located down in the zone, thrown for strikes, baseball comes out of his hand well. The breaking ball is more slurvy, clocked at 63-67 mph. The changeup was clocked at 65-67 mph, showed proper fade and action to it. Times to the plate were at 1.50-1.93, could speed the tempo up a bit. Looks to finish the pitch, could stay back a little longer, with help from the back side leg, could help with a gain in velocity. Strength is a must and regimented throwing program.
