Connor Crowley: OF/RHP, (2023) Notre Dame West Haven, CT. 6-foot-1, 170-pound lean athletic frame. Capable and projectable in the box, the left-handed hitter's best exit velocity was 86 mph. (73.7 mph bat speed average). (22.4 mph hand speed average). Starts in a balanced open stance with a tight load, then uses a closed small leg kick. Bat speed was developing, showed an uphill loose swing plane and good extension on his finish. Was able to create loud contact and found multiple barrels. Line drive approach. Athletic, his best position velocity in the outfield was registered at 82 mph; has consistent feet, a natural exchange, and developing soft hands. Laterally, movements were athletic and fielded the ball out front. Consistent accuracy to the bag, used a loose arm action with a high ¾ slot. Showed his athleticism during the event with a sub-seven 60 time of 6.8. Capable projectable on the mound, used a consistent arm action with a high ¾ arm angle while showing consistent arm speed. Feel type pitcher and showed some effort. Has in line shoulder and consistent balance point. Lands closed with a falling off finish. Sat with his fastball at 78-79 mph; showed running action and command arm side around the zone. (Max spin 2101; Avg 1974). Shows sweeping action and glove side around the zone control on his curveball (70-72). (Max spin 2248; Avg 2127).

6-foot-1, 170-pound, long and lean athletic frame, with plenty of room for added weight gains. A left-handed hitter, an athlete, starts slightly open, higher hand set, loaded on the backside. The swing is level through zone, small rotation at at the end, could stay through it a tick longer. Shows lift to it, approach is more middle to pull side. The exit velocity was clocked at 86 mph, baseball jumps off the bat. Runs above average ran a 6.87 sixty-yard dash. Defensively, was very good in the outfield, quick routes and angles to the baseball. Footwork is accurate, arm action is long and super loose, clocked at 82 mph. All throws were downhill and on target. Off the mound, working from a hybrid start, delivery is up-tempo, athletic kick, sticks the front side, throwing against a firm front leg. The arm works free and easy, its long on front, should lead to a jump in velocity. The fastball was clocked at 81 mph, with heavy arm side run. Breaking ball is slurvey, late tight break to it, at 70 mph. Mixed in a circle changeup, clocked at 75 mph. Love the projection off the mound.
