8.23.18

5-foot-9, 160-pound, wiry athletic frame with room for advancement. The shoulders are sloped, has an athletic build. A right-handed hitting middle infielder, projects out to be more of a second baseman long term.  The hands and actions are super smooth and soft. The prep steps are accurate, gets around the baseball, with momentum moving towards target. Fields from the ground up, gets out front, funnels baseball into body, with a clean transfer into throwing hand. The arm works from a natural ¾ slot, 74 mph, good flight and accurate. The feeds and turns are smooth from both sides, the arm will play from the right side of the base, will turn double plays with it. At the plate, front foot slightly open, hands are loose and relaxed just above the shoulders. The swing is flat through the zone, barrel having life out front on contact and staying through it, finishing with two hands. The approach is more line drive from field to field, had a tee exit velocity of 84 mph, with more in there as he gains strength. Time for sixty-yard dash was 7.30 on a slow track. Solid prospect.

Sixty-Yard Dash: 7.30

Exit Velocity: 84 MPH

6-27/18

5-foot-9, 155-pound right-handed hitting middle infielder. Good athleticsm, ran a 7.06 sixty on the laser at the event. The glove works, soft hands and he moves his feet properly to field the ball. Threw 74 mph across the diamond. The bat has a tee exit velocity of 81 mph, physical strength gains are needed to aid the development of his game. The set up is even in base, picks up and puts down the front foot as the ball approaches him. The bottom half is under control. The hands work well and he made solid contact throughout live play. Stays inside the ball during batting practice, has an idea of how to play

Tee Exit Velocity- 84 mph

INF Velocity- 74 mph

7-26-17

5-foot-9, 150-pound, a wiry strong athletic frame. The hands, wrists and legs have some fast twitch to them. The top tool is defensive game, can play on both sides of the bag. The footwork is accurate, crisp has little wasted movement. The hands are soft, works low to the ground and fields the baseball out front. The arm action is short, clocked at 70 mph, has good strength and flight across the diamond. Offensively, hits from the right side, feet are even at shoulder width apart. The hands are loose and relaxed, bat starts on the back shoulder, has good separation from his body. The lower half is under control, stride is soft and straight. The swing is down to level to up. The approach is all line drives to the middle of the field. The tee exit velocity was 78 mph, was clocked at 4.81 down the line. In game performance was good, making all plays and making hard, loud contact in game play. High follow for me, projects as a second baseman down the road.

Home-First: 4.81

Exit Velocity: 78 MPH

Arm Velocity: 70 MPH
